WhenFree helps you share your availability with friends and agree on a time to meet. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WhenFree.
You sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for what happens under yours. Keep it secure, and tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Connecting a calendar is optional and reversible. You choose which calendars count toward your availability, and you can disconnect at any time from the Connect calendars screen or revoke access from your Google account settings.
We read your calendar only to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. We never modify or delete anything in your calendar.
When you invite someone by email or text message you are asking us to contact them on your behalf. Only invite people who would expect to hear from you. We may limit or suspend sending if invites are reported as unwanted.
WhenFree is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, that availability information will always be current, or that a proposed time will suit everyone.
Calendar data is synchronised periodically rather than instantly, so what you see may be slightly behind what is in Google. Confirm anything that matters directly with the people involved.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of WhenFree, including missed meetings or scheduling conflicts.
You may stop using WhenFree and delete your account at any time by emailing jbenzadon3@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use WhenFree after that means you accept the new terms.
Questions about these terms go to jbenzadon3@gmail.com.
